Singapore here we come...
Greetings from the Silver Kris Lounge here at LHR-T3. We're about an hour away from jetting off, and it's beautiful to be away from the throngs in the main departure lounge.... call me a snob if you like. (Thank You- said in manner of Sandra).
Just been told there's free wireless internet on board the planne too, which has bloody impressed me. Not travelling avec laptop tho, altho it's quite possible that it ended up in my luggage along with the kitchen sink...
No upgrade for Mark alas, unless they do it at the gate (if, by chance, anyone from Singapore Airlines is reading this before we board, then PLEASE can we get an upgrade) but everyone has been as helpful as they could've been so far.
