Been introduced to yummy Japanese pancake omlettey things that are very tasty.* It's a cafe type place off Charing Cross Road where "they" cook them on a hot plate at your table. We had some with prawns, bacon, onion, corn and other Good Things. Once cooked they are sprinkled with fish scales, that then wriggle eerily with the heat. Oo, scaly. But highly recommended!

It's called Abeno, and there's one on Great Newport Street and one on Museum Street.

* Please note, dining was also accompanied by large amounts of sake, so perhaps they aren't as tasty as I remember, and perhaps the man I was out with wasn't either...
