This is Union Station in DC. As you can see it's a little grand. And even better...
To board a train you go to a departure gate a la airports, and have your ticket and ID checked;
It's chock full of restaurants and cafes such as the smart one you can see behind me in the picture;
Plus downstairs is the biggest food court ever, and even a cinema!
Great place to enjoy the Romance of Steam(TM), with narry a "Delice" de France in sight!
