Blimey. So, did you watch last night?

Well, if that was the semi-final that didn’t have the countries we were that fussed about, then we’ll need the oxygen cylinders on hand for Thursday. The tension as the envelopes were opened and Norway.. refused.. to... be.. revealed.. was just unbearable. But - there - in envelope 10 of 10 - was the saving grace of the night as lovely Maria made it through after her fabulous performance of Hold On, Be Strong.

A shame about plucky Andorra and San Marino, but otherwise not too many complaints about the ten qualifiers - well, apart from Finland. Quite which part of Europe decided that this group (Lordi without the looks or tune) would be a decent addition to the Eurovision Final Line-up, I think we should be told.
