Between the Games

I've just about got my health and well-being back after an exhausting two weeks of (to use Boris's phrase) Olympomania. You don't need me to tell you what an amazing two weeks it was - just read the papers, check my tweets from the period, and generally ask anyone who was there or anywhere near. What an amazing Games.

Not long now - less than 48 hours in fact - until the start of the Paralympic Games (which you'll be watching on Channel 4 of course). Not quite as hectic for us as we're working and thus only going to some evening and weekend events, but it should still be a brilliant 12 days.

In the meantime, I chucked a load of general London 2012 ephemera photos - signs, branding, shots of the Park and the like - up on Flickr for posterity for future generations (aka as long as Flickr manages to splutter on for). Apologies for lack of geo-location data for much of it - we had to give up on the EyeFi card as, in the end, it was just too buggy for both computer and camera. (If anyone knows any other ways to easily get GPS data onto photos from cameras that don't carry it, please do let me know!).

I also intend to do something with all the random video we took over the fortnight...
